What we collect

When you send the enquiry form, we receive what you type: your name, work email, and, if you fill them in, your phone number, company, the topic you picked and your message.

We also record how you found us, sent along with your enquiry: the campaign tags in the link you arrived on (such as utm_source or a Google or Meta click ID), the page that referred you, and the first page you landed on. Your browser holds these only for the current visit, in session storage, and they're cleared when you close the tab. We use them to know which of our own marketing works.

The site doesn't use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about the work you asked about. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored in our own CRM. The site and the CRM run on hosting providers who store the data for us and can't use it for anything else. Apart from that, we only share it if the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we're talking or working together, and for up to two years after our last contact, so we have the history if you come back. Ask us and we'll delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Email hello@alignd.in and we'll reply within 30 days.
